No.770 The beginning of 2011
Happy New Years.
We look forward to your continued support in 2011.
2010 was the first year for JP Cloud to begin and end the year off on a great start. There were organization and system changes in the 39th term, thus establishing a 3rd business structure.
Each business's tough financial situation has continued, but we have seen a sign of gradual recovery, and look forward to this term's results.
In 2011, the current economical situation still holds the uncertainty as before. The financial crisis in the European countries, slackening growth in America, and China (now, one of the leaders in our world's economy) has started to show a downward toll.
In parts of Vietnam and South-East Asia, high economical growth has been able to be retained, and is starting to change the world's economy.
Unfortunately, Japan's economy has not been able to show signs of recovery. Thus, our Company will continue to ride the rough waves while hopefully looking for a positive vision.
The past 10 years, and the following 10 years from now, the speed for change will increase twice as much; thus, we will have to grasp this speed.
The world is now experiencing, not the economic cycle up to now, but the new restructure for the world's economy. Once the economy has experienced a downturn, it will not return to the way it was before--this is called a new normal phenomenon.
The thinking and way of executing work in the past will not be applicable in the present time.
In order to correspond/handle this change we have to become more flexible; in order to proceed with bold actions, reformation and a new way of thinking is needed.
Moving forward in today's period, we need to be conscious and aware of the current market, and start to think not "what to provide", but "where to provide" and "who to provide to". It is the utmost importance to understand, quickly find and provide market needs. Everyone should always have the desire and grasp new ideas as they arise.
I continue to tell myself this.
Thanks.January 4, 2011
